Las Vegas police investigating 2 crashes in east valley

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Las Vegas police said they are investigating two crashes on Eastern Avenue Monday. At 2:06 p.m., two vehicles crashed at East Patrick Lane and South Eastern Avenue. Police said one person was transported to Sunrise Hospital in an unknown condition. Police do not suspect impairment in this crash. Officers are asking the public to avoid the area. At 3:45 p.m., three vehicles crashed at East Hacienda Avenue and South Eastern Avenue. Police said two people were transported to the hospital in an unknown condition. Police are asking the public to avoid the area as they investigate. Police did not note if impairment or speed was a factor in this crash.
