Latest phase of works on Tralee Town Park pathways

The current works involve the straight length of pathway linking Presentation Secondary School with the gated entrance at the rear of St John's Church. Kerry County Council say the proposed works in the town park will substantially complete the main strategic links. These facilities will link the Presentation secondary school and CBS secondary school to existing and proposed active travel links, existing carparks, and public transport links within the town. Earlier this year the section of pathway connecting the main entrance to Tralee Town Park was restored, which was followed by work on the intersecting pathways within the Rose Garden. The National Transport Authority has allocated funding towards path improvement works in Tralee Town Park.
