Latin American Day at International Plaza Market

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – This week's International Plaza Market Sunday featured Latin American Day!

The celebration, which ran from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday included food, live music, from Franco 'El Matatan,' a talent show, and several different activities throughout the plaza.

"We are celebrating the festival with talent. They are representing every country, every culture. They're also bringing music that represents their countries," said Byron Hernandez-Martinez, an organizer. "We are one, we are advocating for the same thing."

In addition to Market Sundays, the International Plaza is open for lunch Wednesdays through Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and runs through Oct. 13.
