Lexington fire crews work to extinguish blaze on Briar Hill Road
PARIS, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Firefighters in Lexington battled a fire at a home in Paris on Saturday.
According to Battalion Chief Derek Roberts of the Lexington Fire Department (LFD), crews were dispatched just before 9:10 p.m. on Saturday to the 5400 block of Briar Hill Road in response to reports of a fire in the area.

When crews got to the scene, smoke was seen coming out of a home, according to the LFD.

Emergency personnel said crews worked quickly to extinguish the fire at the home.
Chief Roberts told FOX 56 that no injuries were reported. An investigation is underway to find the cause and origin of the fire.
