Line installations closing roads in Lynchburg, what you need to know

LYNCHBURG, Va. ( WFXR ) – Lynchburg will temporarily be closing lanes for new line installations starting September 23.
Lane closures will occur on Thomas Road to help Shental crews while performing aeria, trenching, and drill work for installing lines from Monday, September 23 through October 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Weather permitting, crews will continue to work all seven days.
Lane and sidewalk closure in Lynchburg, expect minor delays
There will be minor delays and drivers are asked to use caution in the Thomas Road area.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the road at all times.
