Literary peace prize winners announced, in Dayton this weekend
DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — Winners of the Dayton Literary Peace Prize are making their way to Dayton this weekend.
This weekend, writers are being recognized for their works of fiction and nonfiction. The Dayton Literary Peace Prize itself honors the legacy of the Dayton peace accords.
The finalists for each category were announced at the end of August.
Paul Lynch won the award in the fiction category and Victor Luckerson won the award for nonfiction. Lynch, who won for "Prophet Song", is scheduled to arrive in Dayton on Sunday.
