PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The men and women of Luke Air Force Base will make sure the sound of freedom on July 4th isn't just from fireworks. The versatile F-35′s from the 56th Fighter Wing based in the West Valley will fly over 13 different events spread out across the state.

Base officials released their flyover schedule via social media on July 1st and list events all across the Valley and throughout Northern Arizona, starting just before 6 p.m. Thursday and ending at 8 p.m.

The Air Force always states that times are subject to change but folks across the Valley and up north through Payson, Cottonwood, Prescott, Wickenburg and finally ending down south in Maricopa should see the fighter jets perfectly with clear skies expected.
