Looking for a dog to adopt in Morganton? Meet Sampson. His super power is his cuddles
The following are the Pets of the Week at Burke County Animal Services:
Crumbs: A 1-year-old spayed female cat who was surrendered with Gibson. She is shy at first, but loves head pats and is learning to love again. She is super sweet and such a beautiful girl. She is good with all animals.
Gibson: A 1-year-old neutered male cat who was surrendered with Crumbs. He is a sweet and playful boy who is ready for his forever home. He does good with all other animals and is simply adorable.
Eurydice: A 2-year-old neutered male dog who is so beautiful and sweet. He is shy in his kennel, but comes out of his shell. He is doing well with other animals and loves to play.
Sampson: A 2-year-old male dog who is the sweetest boy. He loves all things cuddles and toys and would love a forever home. He is good with all other animals.
All adoptions include up-to-date vaccines, preventatives, a spay or neuter, and dogs will be heartworm tested.
Animal services is in need of food donations for its community pet food bank, which goes to help pets of those in need. Donations can be dropped off or mailed to Burke County Animal Services at 425 Kirksey Dr., Morganton.
