LOST CREEK, W.Va. (WBOY) — The 24th annual Lost Creek Community Festival took place on Saturday with something for everyone to enjoy.

Officials went on to say the festival brings the community together, provides enjoyment and entertainment and even acts as a homecoming for some. Lost Creek Mayor David Oliverio discussed how happy he was to see the event still thriving after all these years.

"The uniqueness of it is that it's been going on for years, you know, it started out with older people, it was named something else even before my time," Oliverio said. "So yeah, I can't say enough about all the volunteers and the people that take care of it."
