Love Island star Ekin-Su Culculoglu sparks romance rumours with MAFS UK's Georges Berthonneau after stars are spotted heading to gym together following 'secret dates'

Ekin-Su Culculoglu has reportedly struck up a new romance with Georges Berthonneau, after the pair were spotted heading to the gym together in Essex on Wednesday.

The Love Islander, 30, and the Married At First Sight UK star, 31, attempted to keep a low profile and enter the gym separately, but drove there together in Georges' car, according to The Sun .

Ekin-Su cut a typically stylish figure in a pair of figure-hugging leggings and cropped blue cardigan, while Georges followed in a navy hoodie and coordinating shorts.

MailOnline has contacted representatives for both Ekin-Su and Georges for comment.

While neither star has confirmed any new partners, in September Georges gushed that he had met someone new and was in a 'dream relationship'.

He told The Sun: 'I just listened to listen to my heart. I met the individual. I'm not gonna go into too much detail, but you know, it's just been everything that I've dreamed of.'

Meanwhile, Ekin-Su opened up on her love life to MailOnline the same month, as she compared herself to the iconic unlucky in love Bridget Jones.

She said she'd had a 'single girl summer' but was fed up of swiping to find a partner on dating apps, despite ruling out an appearance on Love Island All Stars.

The actress said: 'I'm not sure whether I'd go on the show. It's one I'd have to think about, because I wouldn't want to do the Love Island fans a disservice. Like, how would we top that series?

'Don't get me wrong, going on the show might be easier than the dating apps. Single life is fun, but also, I mean, it's like endlessly swiping. If I get one more message about sending pictures of my feet – it's gross.

'I'm single, like Bridget Jones amplified, but I've had a real good single girl summer. It's been a lot of fun. But if the love life carries on how it's going, I mean, perhaps I need some help in the dating department...'

She added: 'But Summer Ekin-Su, I mean, she's been busy, and it's been a Bachelorette Summer! And why not?! I've always gone from one relationship to another, so it's good to be single.

'I've travelled, I've created some amazing memories, and I feel so free and happy. I mean not every day is a happy day, don't get me wrong, I still struggle, like we all do, but I'm doing something about it. I've got the mojo back.'

She had previously struck up romance rumours with Grigor Dimitrov, after MailOnline revealed in August she had enjoyed a string of dates with the former World No3 tennis ace.

She was introduced to the Bulgarian, 33, by mutual friends and the pair have spent time together in London, Paris and Monte Carlo - where Grigor is based - after meeting earlier this summer.

He has previously dated singer Nicole Scherzinger and fellow tennis star Maria Sharapova , and was once rumoured to have been in a relationship with seven-time Wimbledon winner Serena Williams .

Ekin-Su and Grigor were spotted by fans in Paris during one of their secret romantic meet-ups, with an onlooker saying: 'They were just casually walking together in Paris, taking pictures with fans, and they were so friendly.

'They were getting lots of attention, but it was all a bit surreal, nobody expected to see them together. They were just trying to lay low, they weren't trying to attract attention.

'It's a coupling you would never have expected walking the streets of Paris. But they were just hanging out, they looked good together, she was smiling and laughing, and they just looked like we were having fun.

'Ekin-Su seemed really relaxed, it was obvious there was chemistry, and you couldn't help but notice them. They looked really comfortable in each other's company.'

Both Ekin-Su and Georges shot to fame on popular dating shows, with both finding love on their respective series, but eventually splitting from their partners.

Ekin-Su memorably won Love Island in 2022 with Davide Sanclimenti , and the pair went on to date for 18 months, even bagging their own spin-off reality show.

However, their relationship wasn't plain sailing, with them sharing a brief break-up and then reconciling two months later, only for Davide to be accused of cheating with an OnlyFans model.

They eventually went their separate ways for good after a 'rollercoaster of ups and downs' at the start of the year.

Meanwhile, Georges tied the knot with Peggy Lawrence in last year's series of MAFS UK, but the couple also called time on their romance in January, nine months after filming ended.

The online fitness coach then branded his ex-wife a 'calculated manipulator' after she blindsided him with a breakup announcement on Valentine's Day.

He told MailOnline at the time that the couple, who mutually decided to part ways in January, agreed to issue a joint statement to inform fans they had ended their relationship.

But he said that without his prior knowledge, Peggy told her following she was single in a move Georges says was purposely done to hurt him even after he had sent a bouquet of roses and balloons to let his ex know he still cares on Valentine's.

He further claimed that Peggy only visited his apartment on three occasions, they only had sex six times, and had been tapped up by TOWIE – but can only join if she's single.

Georges also alleged that his ex-wife 'refused to pay for anything' throughout their relationship, while he spent thousands of pounds on restaurant dinners and a romantic trip to Paris for her 33rd birthday.

However, Peggy's representative told MailOnline that she 'devoted' herself to Georges and it was his decision to end their marriage.

They alleged it was only following her 'persistent requests' to release a joint statement, with Georges refusal to cooperate, that Peggy posted on Instagram.
