Lynn Haven man arrested for aggravated child abuse

LYNN HAVEN, Fla. ( WMBB ) – The Lynn Haven Police Department received information from the Gulf Coast Advocacy Center regarding a child who was allegedly being abused in a Lynn Haven home.

Investigators from the Department of Children and Families, Gulf Coast Advocacy Center, and Lynn Haven Police conducted interviews.

Lynn Haven man arrested for armed robbery at a convenience store

Authorities said the child provided information that was corroborated by physical evidence leading to the suspect.

Mason Alexander Commerce of Lynn Haven was arrested after a thorough investigation.

Commerce is scheduled to be arraigned before a local judge on Thursday for the charge of Aggravated Child Abuse.
