Man wanted, accused in at least 2 sexual assaults in north Houston earlier this month
HOUSTON — Houston police are searching for a man who they said is responsible for at least two aggravated sexual assaults and aggravated robberies .
One of the incidents happened on Sept. 12 around 9:30 p.m. at an apartment complex on Imperial Valley and Aldine Bender.
According to police, the suspect approached a woman and demanded her phone and wallet at gunpoint. He then allegedly put her in a headlock until she almost passed out. He also sexually assaulted her, police said.
A witness intervened, but the suspect ran and got away.
The same suspect is believed to be responsible for a similar incident on Sept. 9. That incident happened just a few blocks away from the other incident.
He's accused of pointing a gun at a woman and sexually assaulting her.
Anyone with information about the man's identity is asked to call Crime Stoppers.
