Sheldon Capps of Hendersonville, North Carolina, won big playing the lottery four years ago and he just did it again with a $100,000 scratch-off win, according to N.C. Education Lottery officials.
They said Capps previously won $200,000 on a Bonus Bucks ticket in July 2020.
This time, his big win came with a $5 Fire ticket he bought at Norm's Minit Mart on Spartanburg Highway in Hendersonville.
He arrived at lottery headquarters in Raleigh Friday to collect his prize and, after required state and federal tax withholdings, Capps took home $71,501.
