Meet Clark Kent at the Burke County animal shelter: Not a super hero but a super sweet dog

The following are the Pets of the Week at Burke County Animal Services:

Car Seat French Fry: The sibling to Jarlic, who is also an absolute sweetheart. He is a cat around 3 months old and loves to play and cuddle. The entire litter is full of absolute lovebugs.

Jarlic: The sibling to Car Seat French Fry, who is an absolute sweetheart. He is around 3 months old and loves to play and cuddle.

Polly Pocket: The sweetest dog on the planet, she is around 2-3 years old and loves to talk. She is great with other animals and loves to play fetch.

Clark Kent: An amazing 2-year-old male dog who loves all things play-related and cuddles. He is a super sweet boy who deserves so much love. He was surrendered because his owners lost their home due to no fault of their own, and now he is looking for his forever home.

All adoptions include up-to-date vaccines, preventatives, a spay or neuter, and dogs will be heartworm tested.

Animal services is currently in need of food donations for its community pet food bank, which goes to help pets of those in need. Donations can be dropped off or mailed to Burke County Animal Services at 425 Kirksey Drive, Morganton, NC 28655.
