ichael Litwin, of Grace Street, Swoyersville, died Friday at his home.



Born in Morgantown, W.Va., he was a son of the late Michael and Susan
(Dargoy) Litwin. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member
of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church and the American Legion Post 644,
both of Swoyersville, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 283, Kingston.

He was preceded in death by his brother, John.

Surviving are his sisters, Irene Hochreiter, Forty Fort; and Ann Multer,
Mountaintop; two nieces and one nephew.



The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday from the Lehman-Gregory Funeral Home
Inc., 281 Chapel St., Swoyersville, with a Mass of Divine Liturgy at 10:30
a.m. at St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church. Interment will be in Dennison
Cemetery, Swoyersville. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday. Parastas
services will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday.
