Mobile flu and COVID shot unit coming to Rio Rancho

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – The New Mexico Department of Health's mobile vaccination unit be giving flu and COVID-19 vaccinations free of charge next Tuesday. The unit will be at the Rio Rancho Public Schools' administration building at 500 Laser Rd. NE from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Also on Tuesday, the department will give an update on respiratory season and illnesses at 1:00 p.m. to members of the Legislative Health and Human Services Committee in the administration building. The public and members of the media are also invited to attend the hearing.
