TOMPKINSVILLE, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — A Monroe County man was arrested on Tuesday after an undercover investigation. Kentucky State Police said its Electronic Crime Branch arrested 37-year-old Robert Allen Tabor around 1:01 p.m. on charges related to child sexual abuse material. As a result, a search warrant was executed in Tompkinsville, in which police seized the equipment used to allegedly facilitate the crime. Video of the exchange between the officer and driver involved in the traffic sop was released by police. The Oklahoma City Police Department has since put the officer on administrative leave pending an internal investigation into what happened saying in a statement "there was a use of force." Investigators observed surveillance video that showed the victim driving an orange Chevrolet Camaro with orange rims at the intersection of Edgewood Avenue and New Kings Road, according to the JSO arrest report for Lavertis Reed, 20, who was charged with murder in the shooting. As the victim's vehicle crossed the intersection, a white vehicle with dark rims was observed on the surveillance video driving south at a high rate of speed on New Kings Road, the arrest report states. A Russian court sentenced a Moscow paediatrician to 5-1/2 years in a penal colony on Tuesday, Russian media said, after the mother of one of her patients publicly denounced her over comments about Russian soldiers in Ukraine. The state-owned IRAN newspaper said Mohammad Ali Salamat was hanged after Iran's Supreme Court confirmed his death sentence earlier in October. Reports by Iranian media said that in many of the cases, Salamat raped his victims after proposing marriage or dating them.
