‘Most Wanted’ fugitives for week of Nov. 8, 2024
EL PASO, Texas ( KTSM ) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff's Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
El Paso Police Department
Armando Orta: Age 59; 6 feet; 190 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for criminal sexual penetration of a minor; $150,000 bond.
Freddy Pizana: Age 29; 5-foot-9; 165 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated robbery; $75,000 bond.
Francisco Javier Ochoa: Age 34; 5-foot-6; 150 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for manufacture delivery of a controlled substance; $50,000 bond.
Fidel Alonso Rodriguez: Age 36; 5-foot-10; 230 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault of a pregnant person; $20,000 bond.
Selena Saucedo: Age 29; 4-foot-10; 97 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for possession of a controlled substance and fraud use of identification information; $19,500 bond.
El Paso County Sheriff's Office
Alfonso Gonzalez: Age 48; 5-foot-5; 156 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated three or more times; $50,000 bond.
Daniel Damian: Age 62; 5-foot-6; 170 pounds; gray or partially gray hair and brown eyes; wanted for violation bond/protective order assault/ stalk IAT; $15,000 bond.
Pedro Vasquez Jr.: Age 59; 6 feet; 245 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated three or more times; $25,000 bond.
Thomas Lee Norvell: Age 62; 5-foot-11; 197 pounds; gray or partially gray hair; blue eyes; wanted for theft of property; $24,000 bond.
Mayra Carrillo: Age 43; 5-foot-2; 140 pounds; blue hair and brown eyes; wanted for robbery; $41,000 bond.
