Motorcycle accident sends one to the hospital

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — One person has been taken to the hospital following an accident on Oak Hill Road and Heckel Road in Evansville.

Dispatch tells us this was initially called in at 5:58 p.m. as an accident with injuries.

Officials with the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office say this accident was a collision between a truck and a motorcycle.

We are told the driver of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital and is being treated for what VCSO officials believe are non-life threatening injuries. They say the driver of the truck is uninjured.

This is still under investigation.
