Motorcyclist hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after collision with SUV
SAN ANTONIO - A motorcyclist was left with life-threatening injuries after a collision on the Northeast side.
Around 5:25 p.m., first responders arrived at the scene of a crash involving a motorcycle and a black SUV at the corner of Perrin Betel and Industrial Center.
The motorcycle was traveling Northbound, and the SUV was traveling southbound along Perrin Betel. The vehicles collided with each other at the intersection with the Industrial Center.
The 30-year-old motorcyclist was left with life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash. The driver of the SUV remained on the scene and cooperated with investigators.
After a sobriety check, the driver of the SUV was found to not be impaired at the time of the accident.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital in stable condition. The incident is still under investigation.
