Myrna Dawn Leal OBITUARY

Surrounded by her loving family, Myrna Leal passed peacefully into the arms of our Lord on June 17 and is reunited with the love of her life, her husband, Lawrence (Babe) Leal. Myrna will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She will be remembered for her generosity, caring heart and spunk. She loved to travel, cook and play bocce ball but most of all, she cherished time spent with her family. Myrna is survived by her daughters Laury Sweetnam (Keith), Janele Hixenbaugh (Steve), Cheryl Miller (Les) and son Kevin Leal (Effie); ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation from 4-8 pm on Tuesday, July 2, at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery Chapel, 2540 Church Lane in San Pablo. A Rosary will be held at 6 pm in the Chapel. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 12:30 pm Wednesday, July 3, at St. Rose Catholic Church, 555 Third Ave, Crockett followed by a procession to St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. A reception will follow at The Old Homestead, 995 Loring Ave in Crockett. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, or charity of your choice.
