Nadia Bartel leads the stars at A-list spray tan event wearing sheer ensemble that shows off the ex-WAG's underwear

Nadia Bartel is taking her new job as a lingerie model very seriously.

The controversial WAG made a splash with her racy underwear campaign earlier this month, and on Tuesday left little to the imagination again as she stepped out at a VIP event wearing a sheer ensemble.

The Henne founder flaunted her figure in a mesh lingerie bodysuit and see-through flared pants at Spray Aus' A-list launch event.

Nadia, 39, attended the celebrity cocktail party in Melbourne alongside fashion designers Effie Kats, Lana Wilkinson, celebrity stylist Suzy Eskander, and Yummy Mummies personalities Jane Scandizzo and Rachel Watts.

The all-black dress code saw some daring ensembles step into the salon.

But while most of the 'A-list' attendees opted for the kind of figure hugging long dresses and skirts that could have passed the 'business casual' pub test, Nadia embraced the biggest trend out of Australian Fashion Week — the Emperor's New Clothes.

From the Oscars and the Met Gala , to the runways of our own Fashion Weeks, the naked dressing trend looks set to stay for summer.

Nadia's whisper thin mesh ensemble did little more than trace her statuesque silhouette.

She paired her flared pants with 70s-style wedge platform heels and was pictured clasping her hands together to cover her downstairs region as she mingled with other guests.

The event at Salon Gabrielle saw content creators and well-known faces mix and mingle over cocktails, champagne, canapés and small bags of waiter-delivered French fries for the launch of Violet Days.

The violet-based tanning product called 'bronzecare' melds self-tanning with popular skincare ingredients.

The fashion designer and mum gave a short speech alongside Spray Aus founders, Emily McKay and Ellie Pearson, to promote the new range at the 'VIP' nighttime event.

Nadia also appeared at Salon Gabrielle in Mason Square earlier in the day, wearing a two-piece white ensemble, to speak on a panel of businesswomen for the brand's non-VIP event which was attended by a pregnant Sophie Cachia.

Nadia recently had Jackie 'O' Henderson fangirling over her fashion label Henne's Sydney store opening.

The KIIS FM radio host, 49, took to her Instagram Stories recently to share her top pick from Henne's Spring/Summer collection: 'I stumbled upon this jacket which is literally the best buy so I had to share.'

But the long awaited bricks-and-mortar outpost has been branded by a 'flop' by frustrated shoppers who have criticised the staff for being 'dismissive'.

The fashion influencer opened a Henne store in Paddington in June, exactly two years after opening the brand's first shop in Melbourne in 2022.

However, the new store has had mixed reviews from shoppers, with one taking to TikTok to vent that didn't even make it inside the store after being told it was a two-hour wait.

Other shoppers agreed with her dismal review as they claimed both boutique locations are often jam-packed with shoppers and accused the staff of having 'mean girl energy'.

Amid the criticism, Nadia and Henne's representatives have since apologised in a statement for any 'disappointment' caused and cited the 'rapid' rise in demand at Henne's in-person stores.
