Nov. 7—A Nashua man died in a motorcycle crash on the off-ramp from Raymond Wieczorek Drive onto South River Road in Bedford on Wednesday afternoon after failing to negotiate a right-hand turn along the ramp, according to New Hampshire State Police.

The motorcyclist was identified as Brandon G. Roy, 33, according to a news release.

Roy was driving a green 2020 Honda motorcycle when he "lost control of the motorcycle and crashed, suffering life-threatening injuries, and the motorcycle came to rest in the road," the news release said.

The off-ramp was closed while the Bedford Fire Department attempted to save Roy's life. He was brought to Elliot Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

State Police conducted a thorough on-scene investigation before the ramp reopened around 7:30 p.m.

State Police were assisted by the Bedford Police Department, Bedford Fire Department and members of the New Hampshire Department of Transportation.
