Nepo baby looks just like his A-list dad in terrifying new horror movie - can you guess who he is?

THE green eyes, the joker-like grin and his menacing turn in upcoming thriller Smile 2, this nepo baby is a dead ringer for his famous father.

His dad's Oscar-winning performance in Stanley Kubrick's 1980 classic, The Shining, went down in cinema history.

The 32-year-old actor is one of six children from five different mothers, fathered by the legendary actor, so can you guess who it is yet?

That's right, it's Ray Nicholson, son of silver screen heavyweight, Jack Nicholson, from his relationship with ex-partner Rebecca Broussard.

Starting out in Hollywood in the mid-noughties, Ray enjoyed roles in films opposite, Reece Witherspoon and Jared Leto

His starring role in horror Smile 2 has drawn comparisons with his father's famous scene in The Shining, where his character Jack, manically hacks away at the bathroom with an axe, before delivering the immortal line: "Here's Johnny," as he bursts through the wall."

Now 87, Jack Nicholson's last on-screen appearance came in 2010, in How do you Know, opposite Reece Witherspoon, amid rumours that he's retired from acting.

Taking to social media after the release of the stills from Smile 2, film lovers rushed to comment on the likeness.

One said: 'No DNA test needed here. Fantastic, his eyes look so much like his dad and the smile omg lol. I wish him the best of luck!' and 'The villain who smiles just HAS to be played by a name named Nicholson LMAO.'

Ray spoke about comparisons to his dad, 87, throughout his acting career at the US premiere Smile 2, telling Deadline:

'You know, we're very different people. I was born in 1992. He was born in 1937. The things that affect me don't necessarily affect him.

'Obviously, I love him. He's my inspiration. I ate dinner with him every night, you know? I studied it. That's how I learned how to be a human being. So, of course, we're going to be kind of similar.

'I love him. He's my hero. I'm the luckiest kid in the world. That's all I would say about it.'

A sequel to Smile, 2022, the film stars Aladdin's Naomi Scott as a pop star who begins to experience a series of disturbing events as she gets ready to embark on a tour.

Set to be released tonight, film buffs are expecting the film to make more than 20 million in the opening weekend.
