New app revealed by Blue Jacket expected to enhance the Fantasy of Lights experience

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Blue Jacket, Inc. has partnered with Reusser Design to release an app to enhance the customer experience at this year's Fantasy of Lights.

A longstanding holiday tradition of Fort Wayne, the event hosts over 100.000 guests per year. But this year, guests will have a new tool at their disposal.

The app will allow users to purchase tickets ahead of time, check wait times and view an interactive map of the attraction.

"They have spent months and months and months, designing this app as a contribution to not just Fantasy of Lights, but to the community, so we are so grateful because what they're doing with this application is make the traffic experience much better, the interactivity with children so much better, and with that, I just can't wait," Blue Jacket CEO Tony Hudson said.

The app will be available on Android and Apple devices starting next Friday. Fantasy of Lights will open for the season on Nov. 18.
