New information revealed about Pittsburgh Steelers' trade deadline moves

The Pittsburgh Steelers traded a fifth-round pick and a seventh-round pick for Mike Williams and Preston Smith , respectively. However, with two fifth-round picks and three seventh-round picks , just which picks did they end up sending in the deals?

Sources tell PennLive that the Steelers' seventh-round pick will be heading to Green Bay in the Smith deal, not one of the two seventh-round picks they acquired in the Kenny Pickett trade.

Meanwhile, whichever fifth-round pick ends up lower will be the one going to the New York Jets. The Steelers have their own fifth-round pick as well as the Los Angeles Rams' fifth-round pick from the Kevin Dotson trade.

Pittsburgh still boasts most of their picks, or they have replaced their picks through other trades. As it stands, the Steelers have all of their picks in the top four rounds, though they could lose their fourth-round pick if Justin Fields plays more than 51 percent of the team's snaps throughout the season. For now, they have lost a conditional sixth-round pick in that move.
