New Luxury Home Complex Coming To Royersford
The Toll Brothers are behind the construction, which has been labeled "Hearthfield," and is located on the 300 block of Rittenhouse Road. It's just off Lewis Road and near 422.

A total of 54 single family homes are under construction, ranging from four to five bedrooms and 3,029 to 3,672 square feet.
All homes in the community are in a cul de sac.
