Oct. 6—Man shot to death Sunday in SE ABQ
An unidentified man is dead after being shot in Southeast Albuquerque.
Albuquerque Police Department spokesperson Gilbert Gallegos said on Sunday, officers responded to a 911 call of man who was shot in the 1000 block of Madeira, near Kathryn and San Mateo. First responders unsuccessfully tried to save the man's life.
"Additional details will be provided when available," he said.
APS investigates Saturday shooting
An unidentified man also was fatally shot in Southeast Albuquerque Saturday night.
APD spokesperson Gilbert Gallegos said at about 10 p.m., officers responded to a call of a shooting in the 6700 block of Cochiti, near Central and Florida. When they arrived, they found a man dead with a gunshot wound.
