Northeast Ohio weekend weather forecast: Sunny and mild

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Conditions will continue to improve throughout the weekend with clear skies and highs around 70 by Sunday.

The National Weather Service's forecast calls for highs in the mid 60s Friday with overnight lows dropping to around 40 degrees. Saturday will see highs in the upper 60s and lows in the mid 40s. Sunday could reach the low 70s with lows in the mid 40s to finish up the weekend

Lake Erie marine forecast The current water temperature off of Cleveland currently stands at 62 degrees. Expect light breezes and relatively calm conditions on the lake throughout the weekend. Highs will top out in the low-to-mid 60s with lows in the 50s.

Work week forecast Sunny conditions will remain for the start of next week as both Monday and Tuesday are expected to see highs in the low 70s with overnight lows around 50.
