Northland Outdoor Forecast: More mild weather this weekend

Temperatures will be warming back up after the cold front late this past week brought temperatures tumbling down. For Saturday many of us will see the 50s return with plenty of sunshine over the region.

Winds will also be relatively light coming from the west. This will result in a beautiful mild afternoon for mid November.

As we go into Sunday, clouds make there return for the Dakotas and a good part of Minnesota by mid afternoon, especially the western half of the state. Even though it will be cloudy, conditions stay dry for the day.

Temperatures take a slight drop compared to Saturday. Not a drastic drop by any means, but more areas up north could see highs in the 40s instead of 50s like Saturday. The winds get even lighter for the afternoon, around 5 to 10 mph at the most.

After this weekend, temperatures will get cold as we go throughout the week. By Thanksgiving highs will be in the 30s and 20s for a lot of us, so enjoy the mild weather while it lasts!
