Northland Outdoors Forecast: Warmer weather this weekend

As we go into the weekend and the Deer opener for North Dakota, temperatures look to warm up nicely. It will still be brisk for Friday with highs in the 30s and 40s but the region stays dry. Heading into Saturday the winds stay light until a slight south east breeze picks up for the eastern parts of the Dakotas and western Minnesota.

Hunters in the morning won't experience too chilly of temperatures with lows in the 20s for most of North Dakota. Despite a few clouds the weather also stays quiet and dry.

Temperatures stay similar to Friday once we get to Saturday afternoon, and conditions stay partly to mostly cloudy for the region. Areas of light rain and snow showers make their way through Minnesota during the afternoon hours.

Heading into Sunday we see a nice warm up in temperatures and more of us see the sunshine return, especially in the central and western Dakotas. Highs make a return to the 50s and some of us getting into the 60s.
