NWS: Invest 94W could bring heavy rain, winds Sunday or Monday
A circulation southeast of Chuuk, Invest 94W, could bring heavy rain and winds to Guam on Sunday or Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
NWS Weather Forecast Office Guam is monitoring the circulation, which is expected to become better organized as it heads northwestward this weekend.
Latest model guidance shows 94W passing near or southwest of Guam Sunday or Monday, which is Veteran's Day.
Invest 94W's passage is expected to bring winds of 20-25 mph with gusts around 35 mph, locally heavy rainfall and potentially hazardous seas for small craft.
