NEW YORK (PIX11) –Do you have a passion for history and preserving historical records? New York City Records and Information Services is hiring for various exciting positions in multiple boroughs.

"DORIS' mission is to foster civic life by preserving and providing access to historical and contemporary records of New York City government," read on this New York City website. "The Digital Collections site offers access to more than 2,300,000 items from the Municipal AArchives'vast holdings of historical records, including photographs, maps, blueprints, motion pictures, and audio recordings."

There is a diverse range of job roles available, including administrative, archival, and managerial positions. The pay starts at $22.93 an hour, with salary options beginning at around $59,000 and others starting at $72,000.
