CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) officials are warning drivers to give themselves extra time for their morning commutes Tuesday.

“With snowfall rates of 1′′-2′′/hour, our crews will not be able to keep roads clear,” tweeted ODOT.
