Off-duty firefighter charged with assault: NYPD

THE BRONX, N. Y. (PIX11) — An off-duty firefighter was arrested Thursday evening, police say.
Peter Clough, 34, was taken into custody in the Bronx around 5 p.m.
According to authorities, he faces charges of third degree assault. Sources tell PIX11 News the incident was domestic in nature but no further details were made available.
