Week 4 of the college football season did not disappoint. The Texas Longhorns won easily in Arch Manning's first career start. Tennessee defeated Oklahoma in Norman in an SEC showdown that featured Josh Heupel returning to Sooners country.

Missouri survived a double overtime thriller against Vanderbilt, and Utah endured a near-Oklahoma State comeback to get a huge Big 12 win in Stillwater.

Besides all that, there was one fanbase in complete shambles on Saturday night: the Kansas State Wildcats.

The final game involving a top-25 team was Kansas State facing BYU in Utah, and it was all Cougars by the end.

After the first quarter, Kansas State held a 3-0 lead over BYU and then extended it to 6-0 early in the second quarter.

From then on, it was all BYU and Kansas State fans were not thrilled.

At halftime, Kansas State was down 17-6 and fans flocked to the message board (h/t Message Board Geniuses).

"FIRE EVERYONE," a separate fan wrote on the message board.

"Seriously we do not have a good team here guys," ShootLootAndScott wrote on the KStateonline message board. "This is just a very bad football team."

One user posted, "How do you give up 27 points in maybe 7 minutes of game clock?"

Another user responded, saying, "Poorly coached football team with bad players."

The Sidelines Kansas State X account had a lot of posts in disbelief at the result.

"I just... I don't even know what to say at this point."

"This implosion is probably the worst sudden KSU sports implosion I have ever witnessed," Sidelines Kansas State wrote. "Unreal what's just happened."

Kansas State would end up losing the game 38-9 on the road in an ugly loss to kick off Big 12 Conference play. They entered 3-0, but this was an ugly loss that will take some time to get over.

Unfortunately, Kansas State faces Oklahoma State in Week 5 before a much-needed bye the following week.
