The Green Bay Packers will be looking for a third win in their last four outings when they hit the road to face the Detroit Lions in a Thanksgiving showdown Thursday at Ford Field.

After Green Bay (4-6) hung on for a 23-20 victory over the visiting Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday at Lambeau Field behind a stellar effort from quarterback Jordan Love, the Packers are looking to win consecutive games for the first time this season when they kick off against Detroit (8-2) in an NFC North battle at 11:30 a.m. Thursday on FOX.

Kevin Burkhardt will be on the play-by-play call for FOX alongside analyst Greg Olsen, with Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi reporting from the sidelines.

Green Bay started the week as a slight underdog and oddsmakers were showing even less confidence in Matt LaFleur and Co. as of Tuesday afternoon.

After the Packers opened as 4-point underdogs, the line at most major Vegas sportsbooks had been bumped up to favor the Lions by 7.5 points as of Tuesday afternoon, according to Action Network .

The over/under for total points in the game opened at 44 before increasing a few points early in the week. The major Vegas oddsmakers had raised the over/under to between 46.5 and 47.5 total points as of Tuesday afternoon.

Sportsbooks at the six tribal casinos in Wisconsin that offer legal sports betting were right in line with Vegas early in the week. Potawatomi had the Lions favored by 7.5 points Tuesday afternoon while Oneida set the line at 8 points in favor of Detroit, with both setting the over/under at 47 total points.

It's almost a shame Thursday's game has to be played under Ford Field's fixed roof, as the forecast is calling for pleasant fall weather in Detroit on Thanksgiving Day.

As of Tuesday afternoon, the National Weather Service was calling for a daytime high near 46 degrees, with sunny skies and no precipitation expected in the Detroit area on Thursday.

The indoor stadium should benefit both teams' kicking games, with a West-Southwest wind around 11 mph forecast during the day with gusts reaching up to 18 mph.
