Packers' Jordan Love Trolled by NFL Fans Over Pick-Six vs. Jaylen McCollough, Rams

Sean M. Haffey/ Jordan Love made a costly mistake while trying to avoid a safety as the Green Bay Packers took on the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

After taking a hit that sent him tumbling toward the back of the endzone, Love hurled the ball over his shoulder, attempting to get it downfield and out of harm's way.

The ball ended up exactly in harm's way as Rams' safety Jaylen McCollough came down with it and trotted into the endzone for a pick-six, a much more consequential result than the safety would have resulted in.

The play gave Los Angeles the lead and led to fans roasting Love on social media.

The interception marked a pair of firsts: it was the first career pick-six for Love and the first interception of the rookie McCollough's career.

Love now has five interceptions in just three games, which isn't exactly ideal for a quarterback who received a four-year, $220 million contract this offseason. The Packers are hoping the interception won't get in Love's head too much as he looks to lead Green Bay to a bounceback win after dropping a matchup to the Minnesota Vikings last week.
