Parish Council Meeting: November 18A. Ordinance-027-2024 to affect a zoning amendment of parcel# 0010186291 to Business-3 (B-3) zoning for the purpose of an insurance and used car sales business. B. Ordinance-028-2024 for Utility Scale Solar Facility Standards in Natchitoches Parish. C. Ordinance 019-2024 an Ordinance adopting the budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2025, and for Capital Budgets, and making appropriations for each department, project, and account. Adopt Ordinance-025-2024 to authorize an act of sale by the Parish of Natchitoches to sell certain adjudicated properties (PARCELS 9063005650A) by Public Auction; and, further providing with respect thereto. Adopt Ordinance-026-2024 to affect a zoning amendment of parcel# 0010262100A to B-2 zoning for the start of an education and tutoring business. A. Award the bids to Regional Construction for the Patrick Road and Riverview Drive projects and authorizes the Parish President to sign any contracts or other documents related to these projects. B. Award RFQ to Rostan and authorizes the Parish President to sign any contracts or other documents related to the RFQ for Grant and Program Management.
