Patricia Ann Koby, Warren, Ohio

WARREN, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Patricia "Patty" Ann Koby, 86 of Warren, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.

She was born on June 15, 1938 in Warren, Ohio to the late Charles Vail and Lona (Keesecker) Vail.

She was a 1956 graduate of Howland High School .

She went on to marry the love of her life, Edgar Koby, Sr. on April 28, 1958, whom she spent nearly 60 years with. After their marriage, Patty and her husband moved out to California, eventually coming back to Ohio in order to start a family. They built a loving home and went on to raise three children and Patty helped her husband run the family business, Koby Radiator.

Patty had many interests, such as gardening, bird watching, bringing wildlife to the backyard, sewing all the Halloween costumes for her grandchildren but her favorite activity was hosting the family holidays.

To carry on her memory, Patty leaves behind her three children; Lisa Street, Edgar Koby, Jr. and Robert Koby, as well as seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Patty is preceded in death by her husband; her parents and her two brothers, Jim Vail and Norm Vail.

Per the wishes of the family, services will be held privately.
