Pharmacies at Giant Foods in DMV now reopen after being closed since Wednesday
All stores and pharmacies are now back open, according to Giant Foods.
The 7News I-Team reached out to Giant Foods and discovered the pharmacies shut down on Wednesday at 1 p.m.
Giant Foods said it's still in the process of investigating the situation to understand the full extent of the impact.

So what caused the issue? Giant Foods is not telling us but it might be related to network issues its sister grocery chain suffered this week in Portland, Maine.
Its website states it was having server issues and Hannaford pushed out a statement stating it was having network issues but its stores remained open.
