The unidentified people were spotted around 1 p.m. walking through the Short North neighborhood, according to Columbus ABC affiliate WSYX. Individuals in the group were detained, but no arrests were ultimately made, according to the Columbus Police Department.

The trial of a man accused of holding down a teenage boy so colleagues could rape and abuse him at a New Hampshire youth center in the 1990s is set to begin Tuesday. It's the second criminal trial to stem from a broad 2019 investigation into historic abuse at the Sununu Youth Services Center in Manchester. A group of teens is accused of committing an anti-Asian hate crime in Brooklyn, New York City, after allegedly hurling whipped cream at an Asian couple while making mocking gestures at them last month.
