PM Update: Cooler and still breezy through Thanksgiving
B.Lee3 months ago
Following Tuesday’s washout , today was a comparative winner. Of course, we did need the rain, but still. The main downside today was a gusty wind from the northwest. It helped keep pleasant temperatures near 60 feeling cooler than that. While they will be of lesser intensity than today, we’ll see breezes persist as seasonable weather settles in for Thanksgiving Day.Through Tonight: Skies will continue to clear overnight as additional cool air spills in. Lows will range from about 35 to 40 in most spots, which is more like low 40s downtown. Winds will diminish a bit but continue to gust around 15 mph through the night.Tomorrow (Thanksgiving Day): Partial sunshine will be a good bet throughout Turkey Day. Mid-50s will be likely for highs. Pesky breezes will make it feel a bit cooler. They’ll be out of the northwest, gusting to 25 mph. See Camden Walker’s forecast through the weekend .
