Jose Pena, 31, of the 9700 block of K Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 9:38 p.m. Oct. 14 at the 1000 block of Hwy 99, on suspicion of making criminal threats with intent to terrorize. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Steven Castro, 31, of the 2600 block of Palm Street, Sutter, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at the 1100 block of Speckert Lane, Yuba City, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Gaspar Ramiro, 41, of the 1100 block of Melton Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:06 p.m. Oct. 15 at his own residence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
