Police: Suspects in custody following Keene shooting

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Three suspects are in custody following an alleged shooting incident in Keene.

Around 5 p.m. on Sunday, police in Brattleboro say they learned about a car and suspects involved with a shooting in Keene.

Shortly after, Brattleboro police assisted police from Walpole, New Hampshire in pursuing the suspects on I-91 southbound.

The three suspects continued into Massachusetts, where they crashed.

The suspects then took off on foot but were taken into custody by police in Massachusetts.

The alleged shooting is under investigation by New Hampshire law enforcement and potential charges in Vermont are up in the air as of Monday morning.
