On September 20, two people were arrested after a family altercation led to a shooting on North Woodward Avenue in Oklahoma City.

An officer of the Oklahoma City Police Department responded to a shooting call at 6:56 pm.

Upon arrival, the officer put the shooter, identified as Kriston Bogle, under investigative detention and had everyone come out of the home.

According to the police report, the officer asked where the gun was and a female victim showed him where it was and allowed him to grab it.

Then, the officer said he spoke to a second person,Micah Bogle, who was later arrested.

  • Micah told the officer that she received permission to come over to see her daughter. She said a verbal altercation led to her being physically assaulted.

After speaking to Micah, the officer was shown surveillance of the incident. He said the video showed Micah approaching the home.

The officer reported that it was hard to tell if there was an altercation on the porch, but Micah could be seen leaving the porch and entering the street.

According to the officer, the female went into the street and appeared to have been talking to Micah. Then, Micah started punching the victim in the head.

Two other people are said to have gotten involved by attempting to break them up.

While the fight was going on,Kriston reportedly went inside the home to get a gun and came back out as a male victim tried getting into his car.

The officer said that Kriston shot at the victim, striking him in the leg and arm.

The male victim got in the vehicle and left the area.

According to the officer, the firearm used in the incident was searched through CIU. The gun was discovered to have been stolen out of Norman.

On the scene, the female victim told the officer that Micah behaves in the same way frequently and that she wants to press battery charges.

    Micah was placed under arrest.

  • While being placed under arrest, Micah reportedly advised the officer that she needed to go to the hospital.

The officer said he transported Micah to the hospital where she was medically cleared. He then took her to her Oklahoma County Detention to be booked for aggravated assault.
