WILKES-BARRE – The Committee to Elect Don Winder for District Magistrate will sponsor a Meet the Candidate Night from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Bill’s Sports Bar, Wilkes-Barre.
Other events will be held: 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Poplar Inn, Poplar Street; from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Magda’s, Moyallen Street.
A rally will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. May 9 at The Spinning Wheel. Tickets cost $10 and will be available at the door.
EXETER – Utopian Dreamers will host a pasta dinner from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the West Pittston Moose, Exeter Avenue, in support of Catherine Estelle Campenni, candidate for Wyoming Area School Director. Tickets cost $10 each and will be available at the door or by calling Phil Campenni at 760-5833.
WILKES-BARRE – The Committee to Elect Rick Cronauer announces a Get Out the Vote Rally to be held from 7 to 9 p.m. May 9 at the Riverside Café, 187 Old River Road. The event is free to attend and will feature food, beverages and live entertainment. Cronauer is a Democratic candidate for Wilkes-Barre City Council.
DALLAS – Friends of Vito DeLuca, candidate for District Attorney, will host a cocktail party from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Ragz Restaurant in the Twin Stacks Center, 1174 Memorial Highway. Tickets cost $10 and may be purchased at the door.
