Possible Machete Attack in Grocery Store with Suspect Still at Large

Grimes County, Tx ( FOX 44 ) – : According to the Montgomery County Police Reporter, one of the victims is in critical condition.

The call came in just before 6:30 p.m. Police are in search of a suspect who attacked multiple people at Shiro Grocery in Richards.

Two victims have been reported. Highway 30 has been shut down and neighbors of the suspect are being evacuated.

According to Grimes County Sherriff Donald Sowell, deputies are on the scene now and have no further information. We will have updates as they become available.
