Potential Pittsburgh Steelers WR trade target could be off the board

Another wide receiver that the Pittsburgh Steelers can check off the list? DeAndre Hopkins might be the next name to put a line through.

Hopkins said on Friday that he loves his life and where he is, and the Tennessee Titans have no plans to trade Hopkins anytime soon.

"I love my life," Hopkins said . "I love where I am. God put me where I need to be, and He always will. I play football."

Hopkins has 14 receptions for 175 receiving yards on the season in a struggling Titans offense. He is in the last year of his two-year deal with the Titans, who sit at 1-4. The 32-year-old receiver could bring back a day-three pick for the Titans, but both sides are happy.

The Steelers have been pursuing a wide receiver for months after trading Diontae Johnson. Their latest target is Jets wide receiver Mike Williams . The New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Chargers remain interested in acquiring Williams.

The Steelers missed on Davante Adams and Brandon Aiyuk. Now, they will try to find someone else to fill the void next to George Pickens.
