Credit: WWE.com. Money in the Bank is always a time for big shifts in the wrestling business. This is the show that jump-starts the summer for WWE, and it will again at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on Saturday.

WWE has established major matches for the night including Damian Priest vs. Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship, and Cody Rhodes teaming up with Randy Orton and Kevin Owens to battle The Bloodline.

However, no contests are more important than the men's and women's Money in the Bank ladder matches, which will feature such stars as Drew McIntyre, Chad Gable, Iyo Sky and Tiffany Stratton.

Not everyone can win in these big moments, but many can make a splash, including outside interference.

Who will turn on their friends and family to stand atop of WWE? Which stars will have a change of heart and embrace the crowd's love again?

These are the most likely heel and face turns to come out of Money in the Bank 2024.

Face: Damian Priest

It would not be a WWE premium live event without some kind of Judgment Day drama.

Not only will Damian Priest put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line, but he will also be forced to leave the group if he loses.

The Punishment is the current leader of The Judgment Day, but it is a contested title. If he were to lose and leave the faction, Finn Bálor would immediately step up to replace him.

This gives The Prince a vested interest in the result of this match, especially since he could still blame Priest for costing him his title match at Money in the Bank a year ago.

The stars are aligning for what may finally destroy The Judgment Day, though this group has never had strong cohesion. This could all just be a tease for the sake of drama.

Only time will tell, though Priest is more than ready to thrive on his own.

Heel: Seth Rollins

This may be a bolder prediction given no one knows Seth Rollins' mindset after his recent return to the ring.

However, there is no doubt The Visionary always thrived as a heel, and WWE could decide to flip him and Damian Priest on the Raw hierarchy.

Rollins confidently raised the stakes on Priest by threatening his spot in The Judgment Day, which seemed like an odd detail when he has no say in the group's makeup.

This could set up a shocking heel turn where Rollins wins with the help of the group and takes over while kicking out Priest.

It would certainly jump-start The Judgment Day angle that has grown increasingly stale recently.

Moreover, it would add major intrigue to the World Heavyweight Championship scene with Gunther lurking in wait for the winner. Could The Ring General overcome a new-look Judgment Day on his own?

Heel: Diamond Mine

Chad Gable needs friends, perhaps even a family, at his back, and The Wyatt Sicks are lurking around every corner for him to slip up.

WWE has waited a while to fully establish Diamond Mine as Gable's backup, but the writing is on the wall. It needs to happen soon.

Julius and Brutus Creed cannot pick up a win at the moment, while Ivy Nile can barely find television time most weeks.

Gable will not only make the Creeds and Nile relevant again, but he will also elevate his story with The Wyatt Sicks heading into SummerSlam.

This new Alpha Academy would be a worthy foil to Uncle Howdy and his new family.

Face: Dakota Kai

Damage CTRL has struggled since breaking away from Bayley. Iyo Sky cannot keep control, and Kairi Sane and Dakota Kai have struggled to get opportunities.

With Asuka out for the foreseeable future, it may be best for WWE to simply drop the group. Sky and Sane can stay as a tag team, but Kai needs to break out on her own.

The best way to do that would be for Sky to blame Kai for her loss at Money in the Bank. Kicking Kai out of the group will solidify The Genius of the Sky's failure to develop the faction while setting up a new rising babyface.

Kai is a great utility player in the women's division. Whether she is on the microphone or in the ring, she will make the most of her opportunity.

She can engage with the crowd again and build herself back up by slowly showing she deserves more.

Heel: Randy Orton

How long can Randy Orton stay face? He has over 20 years of wrestling experience, and most of that time he has played the villain role.

The Viper always works more comfortably when he does not have to play to the crowd.

Moreover, he cannot be the top babyface on SmackDown with Cody Rhodes as champion, but he can become the top heel challenging The American Nightmare.

This is a story that makes sense at any time. It's just a matter of how soon Rhodes vs. Orton becomes SmackDown's top angle.
